Have you fully let go yet ?

Over the past few months Ive gradually stopped caring or worrying about anything anymore.
I went out to the supermarket this weekend in my dressing gown and slippers because I couldnt even be bothered to get dressed.
I also stuffed a small jar of coffee into one of my pockets and walked out without paying.
It was such a liberating experience not giving a fuck.
I must do it again sometime.

I think that's a healthy mentality to have. Not giving a shit gives you the freedom to be able to push forward in life without anxiety holding you back.
