damnit! but did any "normal" dosage work for you?I tried microdosing magic truffles at the beginning of 2021. I dried them and took dosages of 0,3 grams up to 1,0 grams. With a couple of days in between dosages to see if I could notice any differences. Sadly it didn't do anything for me. Can't really say I noticed any effect at all. The usual ups and downs. I was still feeling like my usual self; depressed, anxious and suicidal.

How often, and how much do you consume a micro dose of cannabis?I think "microdosing" cannabis works pretty well regulary (unless it's it's T-break)- and then perhaps in once a week or two it's worth taking something besides that (Heavenly blue, or LSA works pretty well for me- but I would also love to try some shrooms, and that sorta).

I did shrooms and truffles in the past. In a normal dose it did something, but it was kinda different every time. I never really experienced any pronounced visuals. More like a deeper connection to myself, kinda spiritual, I was able to gain a different perspective on myself and my problems. At least for a short amount of time. (don't really want to try again because I developed dissociation since then, afraid I might get stuck in something like that) Too bad the microdosing didn't work for me. I tried microdosage with magic truffles that was left from a trip for a few days, it worked a little with anxiety. I was an heavy user of weed for years and in the long run it seems like a bad idea, because it made me a lil more anxious and reduced my capacity to endure unpleasants situations/emotions while fully sober and i needed a joint for everything. I switched back succesfully to occasional use. Normal dosage of psilo in one trip makes me feel somewhat better for a few days/weeks

I have no self discipline lol, had a 6 month break so my tolerance went back to 0 and now I'm trying to keep it as low as possible, maybe I get strong strains because little amounts can get me really stoned. It's more efficient and saves money when you have low tolerance. Also I smoke straight from an improvised aluminum pipe or a glass one and try to not smoke more than once or twice a dayWooooow!!! sry for the delayed answer, i didn't login to the site lately, i tried microdosage of psilo only for a few days, it worked a little but i have not enough data to know if it was placebo or really efficient. I didn't feel stomachache coming with anxiety and felt less confuse than average when i'm highly anxious and feeling like i lose control. Anxiety was still a little present, but it felt more manageable. Also i have to say that the reason i was anxious was more because my work is very demanding and stressful than a psychiatric issue imo.I feel you! I smoked weed multiple times daily (little dosage but it came up to 0,5g/d) for more than 2 years but quit cold turkey 2 months ago, because I wanted to go to therapy. But my social anxiety got super worse since then and i barely can leave my room now, neither respond to text messages.
Have you tried it just one single time or over a period?
I just took my first 10 micrograms of 1D-LSD an hour ago to get some shit done, and it hopefully motivates me to get some shit done..
