Nah, don't think it's even possible for me. I'm glad that some people do fit in though, but that'll never be me

I think I'm currently in my normie arc. I have a job, and I have "normal" hobbies like baking and gardening / hobbies that aren't obscure niche "nerdy" hobbies. I don't really have friends, but I feel like I've finally developed the ability to socialize with strangers without making people uncomfortable (I hope, at least it's a lot less bad than it was before). Before, I couldn't even talk with cashiers or I'd dominated conversations without even realizing it, so I consider being somewhat decent at small talk a win.

I tried very very hard to act like a complete normie and mask my neurodivergence. For years.
I'd study how they talked and acted (mannerisms, body language, etc). I'd try to act similar, I'd watch normie shows, listen to normie music, try to appear as cool and laid-back as possible. Here's the thing though - it didn't work. Not exactly, I'd say. I was treated better, but I was still kept at an arm's lenght. Something I didn't want to admit to myself is, normies can actually tell when you're just pretending and masking. They absolutely can. So...yeah
