I was reading another thread about fictional crushes and the unhealthy aspect of them, and it got me to realising that many of my habits are unhealthy but, I'm determind to keep them!
I do in fact indulge in fictional crushes/ maladaptive day dreaming. I isolate as much as possible. Asides from working to pay my bills, I do very little to contribute to society. My diet isn't great. I don't bother with exercise. My appearance and living environment I neglect as much as possible.
Maybe the only things I may consider tackling are health concern related- diet, exercise, hygiene because I don't like being ill/ and/or exhausted. But, I don't care really if I have an unhealthy life because I don't want life regardless!
I'm not sure what I would be working towards- if I made myself be social, do more for the community etc. To feel better I suppose ultimately. To feel needed and appreciated. But then- do I even want that? If I'm more keen on dying and leaving it all?
What are your feelings though? Have you identified the things you do that may not be all that healthy? Are you trying to change/ stop them? Do you feel motivated to even?
