Has partial ever worked for anyone?

I have tried but I can never seem to get it work. I place them on my arteries. I think maybe I'm not putting enough pressure, or the anchor point isn't high enough. How high should it be? I also don't have a rope and use a necktie.

That I remember seeing a couple times but then still failing due to their setup breaking up or passing out in a position where they still somehow woke up or something like that. But I haven't been too active here, hopefully someone could provide a better understanding about the reliability of this method

This is my method of choice, I think you have to get a bit creative with this method to get it to work
