No, it's getting only worse. I used to enjoy a few things. Now I'm not able to enjoy even those.For me, it gets from constant lack of joy to something like waves. Month of anhedonia-week of feeling normal-ten days anh.-three days happy etc. etc.

some days are better than others, some days i am stuck in bed when others i manage to sit up and do work from my bed. i'm slowly doing low effort things that keep me occupied less so happy. anything that helps me survive until the next day.
