I was wondering the same, if some people here witnessed livestream suicides. Not for voyeurism or morbid curiosity, but for comfort the person and also learn from the ctb. Many here are worried about pain, duration of the process or so, specially with some methods like sn and witnessing it can comfort into a choice. I don't know if it's legal too.

I haven't watched a live stream but I've seen videos of it after the face. On this forum I often reference the Joe Winko video of him taking SN. I urge everyone considering doing this to Google for this video.

im crying. I was born at the same time as this guy and he reminds me so much of myself... got 20 minutes into his suicide video and now I'm on his YouTube channel. I can't wait to watch all his videos.

It was a friend i met here. It wasn't scary, she wasn't afraid and comfortable,but I've cried for days. She was a good person.

I believe it can be hard but also comforting to see that the person died peacefully and could go to a better world. Also it can make you feel good to know that you have been here for that person in her last moments, rather than let her leave this world totally alone. It's a bit like fulfilling last whishes and that's the best way to demonstrate her love and respect.
Personally the day i'll ctb i would love to have someone virtually at my side. And I would also not mind and even feel good to be at someone'a side during a ctb if needed.Similar threads
