What kind of rope would be suitable for long drop suspension?

This question has been asked many times, there's a search.

Afaik best rope is about 1/2" dock line (about thumb thick).

Now, idk exactly for drop but should be similar. Have you calculated your drop length?

Are you aware of the risks of surviving and being paralyzed by hanging?

What kind of rope would be suitable for long drop suspension?

I advise again long drop because there is no evidence that breaking your neck causes instant loss of consciousness or death. I'd go with regular suspension. The rope I suggest using (for suspension hanging) is 12mm braided polyester rope.

You want shirt/no drop.
Double braided dock line is great. Strong and comfortable.
