Hanging/SN and lightheadedness

one of my earliest posts was asking if losing consciousness from fsh felt anything like regular fainting. i still don't really know. if people find their sweet spot by squeezing their carotids "until they feel lightheaded," then correctly done, hanging must cause lightheadedness at some point right?

i can imagine SN causing lightheadedness too, as it depletes you of oxygen. a lot of people who've gone that way have mentioned some degree of dizziness or feeling 'really not good'

if it wasn't obvious i have asthenophobia. if neither of these are good options in the lightheaded aspect, i'm fine with getting serious about acquiring a firearm instead.

I can speak for SN: it causes lightheadedness in a continuous manner until you get treated if you do or until you lose consciousness. you don't feel good as in you cannot focus on anything before you become a rag doll essentially the best thing is to kick back and relax. Preferably with a ton of anxiety killer meds. Hence the reason why people can rarely type right while attempting: it's extremely hard to.

Hanging done right you feel a bit of pressure on your neck obviously. If u use a shirt or towel as a padding it wont hurt just pressure. Within a few seconds blood flow to the brain is limited giving you euphoric, heavily drunk feeling where you dont really care anymore to stop it. Then vision goes white and then your gone. If you do it wrong meaning not enough pressure cause some peopel hesitate to pit most of their body weight into it you only block the veins. Thats when blood build up in your skull and causes pressure in youre face and skull which is quite uncomfortable.
