Full suspension is really hard to achieve imo. Survival instinct kicks in hard.
A trick I learned in high school to pass out fast is to spend your head in circles really fast until you're dizzy and then light pressure is all you need to pass out fast.
The position of the ligature would be more or less at the height of the Hyoid Bone. Which is above of the Adam's apple (laryngeal prominence). Under the jaw, where they are more accessible and easier to compress.
Do you need to find the sweet spot with full hanging? How reliable is it? How long does it take to get unconscious? How painful is it? How does it feel like while hanged? What is the difference between full hanging and partial hanging? Is there any resources here on this site regarding this...
