What is the best placement on the neck for full hanging ? I'd prefer to passout quickly and not have to suffer anymore then I already have.

Doesn't matter according to people who, allegedly, know what they're talking ab.

With full suspension, the rope will eventually land in the right place. As long as the knot is right behind your neck, you're good.

Full suspension is really hard to achieve imo. Survival instinct kicks in hard.

A trick I learned in high school to pass out fast is to spend your head in circles really fast until you're dizzy and then light pressure is all you need to pass out fast.

The position of the ligature would be more or less at the height of the Hyoid Bone. Which is above of the Adam's apple (laryngeal prominence). Under the jaw, where they are more accessible and easier to compress.
