Help Hanging outside

I really wanted to die inside but my only choice would be from my stairs banister and i hate the thought of my parents coming home and opening the door to see me dead right there so my next best choice is hanging outside which i really didnt want to do im worried about being able to find something to kick as a replacement for a chair i feel like itd be weird to bring something with me so ill try find something, i have an idea for what tree to use i just havent been to it in a while so ill need to see if its still climbable and stuff. Just any advice is appreciated i know evelyn made a post about trees but i cant find it now so the knly other one ive found is the guide to tree hanging from an expert or whatever its called.

I dont know if this is correct advice,
But maybe you could do it remote enough that the cops arrive an hour late or more, so not some happy dog walker discovers you instead,
this will be highly critiqued due to the risk of being found and given brain damage

Yeah I've considered messaging my neighbour a pin of my location set for about 3 hours later so he could contact police and no one else finds me, it should be okay generally though its a big woodland with set trails which i wont be on and if i set it so its raining the next day i can avoid traumatising others more

Look I've tried hanging about 4 times, the last one I did at the back of the house, with a small ladder to open and close and a rope. My mother found me almost unconscious and I was admitted to a psychiatric clinic. If you are really sure of it, do it where no one will find you. If you want another piece of advice, use medicine or drink alcohol to "make it easier" believe me, it's hard to hang yourself. I hope you are happy anywhere, hugs.

Thank you ive had 5 hanging attempts at this point so i do feel prepared in all that i can now just step off the chair with no struggle lol, ill be using ket again this time as i find it helps the most. Ill be in the woods off trail at night so i should be good i wont get found in time to "save" me

Ketamine? I was addicted, I still like to use it sometimes when I can, I'm addicted and my mom gets on my toes. Sometimes I think of CTB hanged, but something inside me still has hope that something good will happen, and I don't feel brave either. But I hope it works out if I'm sure.

Yeah i used to be addicted too i decided to pick some up in april in time for my attempt not im back on it after being sober since jan 2025
I find it really helps lower my si i wasnt scared in the slightest last time

I think you're going to have to use a good amount of ketamine to get numb and dissociated.

Yeah its back to taking my money lol ill probably use about half a gram on my next attempt as my tolerance is still low as ive only been back on it about a month

Went on a walk looking for trees found quite a few options and i found a step stool while cleaning so i might bring that with cause itll fit in the bag im bringing the rope in

How do you handle all the God damn mosquito bites? Going in the woods in fall is the easiest imo, it's hard to handle all the mosquito feasting on you in summer. Do you go at night?

How did you survive 5 attempts of hanging (assuming it was full suspension)? I thought it is pretty hard to fail as long as you are not found too early or use a weak ligature or anchor point.

Hmm I guess it's because my area is a semi swamp that I'm dealing with so many damn bugs then.

How do you navigate in complete darkness? Is there a trail?

Honestly just being impulsive and drunk and fucking up in one way or another 3 of those was door method and i couldnt get the weight balance right

Im very used to the woods which definitely helps the spot i chose is off trail but i went there a lot as a kid so its easy to find my way plus my torch is decent
