That being said, in this guide I'll go over a method I used to use to purchase things from TOR without having feds come knocking at my door telling me it's a honeypot & that I'm under arrest.

As for your payment method when ordering your SN, you should preferably use a prepaid Visa card you paid for with cash. Though Customs does not check payment methods used (obviously), it's still a good precaution if the source you're ordering from happens to be a honeypot.

2. Ordering
When ordering your SN, do not use a P.O box linked to you or (obviously) your home address. Instead, try finding an abandoned house with a mailbox intact on Google Maps/Street View (or IRL by driving around, since Street View isn't always up to date especially in rural areas) & input its address there. Usually, Customs notifies police of buyer's addresses via the shipping label & nothing more, and they can't really do anything with an abandoned house unless they happen to be there when you pick it up. I also recommend against using USPS & instead using a smaller courier like FedEx, UPS or DHL.

The actual chance of getting wellfare checked is quite low, at least in germany.

Obviously if you want to be 100% sure you should follow the guide here but if you feel like its too much effort dont let that absolute security be the thing why you are not getting your sn at all if that makes sense ^^

USPS has a whole system for stopping and starting mail at an address, mail forwarding etc, thats why you dont see mailboxes overflowing with junkmail. At least open a box that you think is abandoned, there is probably a pink piece of paperwork saying they stopped service.

As someone who works in something like this, I would be careful about abandoned houses because some drivers won't leave the package and might have the ability to mark it DND / CD (Do Not Deliver / Can't Deliver). It depends how much they care about their job really hahaha.

Using another address to pick up your package is a MUST. You can't risk ordering SN nowadays especially when most governments are aware what's its being used for, so they took certain actions such as telling the customs to inform the authorities to check on the people that had ordered it. It's not everywhere, but its only a matter of time before SN will he harder to access to regular people. It's already being restricted to official businesses in most EU countries.

As much as it would be really stressful and annoying, if you live without your parents, I don't really see why the police showing up for a welfare check matters. You literally can just ignore them and not let them in, or answer, and say, yeah, I bought it, byeeeeee, and shut the fucking door. You have a right to refuse to speak to them, a right to refuse their access to your property, and a right to own SN. Don't let them lie to you about your rights, and NEVER let them into your home, and I feel like it shouldn't be that big of a deal right? If you are worried about them lying and violating your rights (as you should be) just calmly inform them that they are being recorded from the jump, and shut the door in their faces, politely of course.

I mostly came here to get info on how to actually buy it. I see people asking for sources and stuff, but can't you just buy it from the open net?

While I do not live with my parents, I do live with a significant other, and he wasn't exactly thrilled when two officers showed up at his place of business to inform him that they'd just visited our home but were unable to get me to answer the door so they could inquire about a "suicide kit" I'd supposedly ordered online. (I was sleeping and didnt hear their knock, but god I wish I had, because it would have saved me so much grief had they not imposed on my bf's business that day...)

My nightmarish "welfare" check was just one of many from this forum a few months back. And it was a big deal. That police visit put so much unnecessary strain on my living situation for a while, and man, it was just a really really shitty time.
