i tryed once and i was testing the rope to see if it was tight enough...... aparently so since i aparently passed out and bit threw my tong i somehow regained conciousness and got my head out cuz i wanted to smoke and put on some music first was oging to try again after but my neck hurt WAY to much at the time to try again

For hanging, partial or other, I struggle a lot with the knots. Would getting a rope with an eye splice or thimble work? Or just making an eye splice/thimble on the rope itself, allowing it to tighten by being pulled through the thimble? Then you ust pull the rope through the eye splice loop...

The experiment is aborted, and at the beginning, the rope even lowers for some inexplicable reason.

That video is hanging as an autoerotic practice (not suicide)
I think it serves as an example to demonstrate the different phases of the hanging process: loss of consciousness, spasms and convulsions, decerebrate rigidity and decorticate rigidity...
It would not be good for the young woman if she were left hanging any longer. Brain cells are very sensitive to lack of oxygen (since the blood flow has been cut off due to the blockage of the carotid arteries)
This video is also very explanatory.
I have to say that I cannot distinguish between the individual phases at all (at what point does each phase begin?).
I also can't tell when the twitches are voluntary and when they are involuntary. In the videos with the "failed" (or longer-lasting) hangings, the early twitches look as if they are involuntary, but they should actually be voluntary.

It is not a rule (since each person is different, some barely have any movement and others have more noticeable/intense reactions) but all the phases are these and more or less in that order (some even happen at the same time):
Loss of consciousness, convulsions/spasms, decerebrate rigidity, decorticate rigidity, abdominal movements, loss of muscle tone (the body becoming progressively flaccid), isolated body movements, last movement.
• Decerebrate rigidity is characterized by a full extension of the upper and lower limbs, with extension of the hips and knees, adduction of the legs, internal rotation of the shoulders, extension of the elbows, hyperpronation of the distal parts of the upperlimbs with finger extension at the metacarpophalangeal joints, and flexion at the interphalangeal joints.
