I saw recently that opioids will work better when catching the bus if you drink grapefruit juice. It's something to do with the grapefruit juice somehow keeping the opioids longer in your system and therefore having a better effect. I thought that was interesting and something I'll definitely try when I ctb. Anyone else tried tried or heard about this.
I'm going to do an experiment, probably next weekend now, as I have some Oxazepam spare and I'll take a couple of pills washed down with the juice.

It's often mentioned that kind of juice increases the potency of various drugs. But I don't know about overdosing on opioids only, it might still be quite difficult and unpleasant. Usually from what I heard od deaths are almost always mixes of at least 2 or 3 different groups of drugs, and they are mostly accidental. Probably more like almost always semi-accidental. There is a great risk of different organ damage and OD is unpredictable, people often get seizures and there are also drugs used specifically to fight against overdoses. You only die if you choke to death, among other unpleasant effects.

my ctb method is fentanyl, morphine amitriptyline, and I have enough of those. I was just curious about seeing what effect the juice has with some spare Oxazepam I have and to make sure when (not if) I ctb that it works 100% if drink juice as well

I believe grapefruit juice has the same effect on benzos as it does with opioids. As in it slows down the metabolism of said drugs so not only can their effects last longer in your body, it also gives more of an opportunity for said drug to enter your bloodstream, essentially raising it's potency in a way.

Not only can it enhance the effects of some drugs, it can lower the effects of others:

Unfortunately it's not advised to drink Grapefruit Juice after taking Domperidone. X____x

I don't think the interaction with Domperidone really matters though if you're gonna CTB anyways, just best not to test taking both Domperidone and Grapefruit juice at the same time.

I've tried searching for interactions with Grapefruit Juice with other antiemetics like Metoclopramide but couldn't find much.

There isn't really much info about how Grapefruit juice interacts with various medications. Some sources even say it'll only affect certain kinds of opioids and benzos.

Did you google it? Speculation seldom helps you.
Was your question to me? @Worndown
These pills plus my other stash were left over from my partners cancer pain relief. I have half a card left of Oxazapam which I've been experimenting with by mixing with sleeping pills of different doses. I haven't googled my pill cocktails because I don't really want to be here anyway and don't care If I wake up or not. But thanks for the link.
I did Google Olanzapine when I was recently prescribed it as I hadn't heard of it before.

It inhibits an enzyme that breaks down various methylated medications, we used it as a trick for oral steroids, I doesn't work for all meds. You could use Naringine (purchasable as a supplement if I remember correctly)

Well, it is really for everyone. If you have medications, google them. There is a lot of information on dangerous reactions, combinations, overdose and damage possible.

If you willingly ingest grapefruit juice you need to see a therapist
