Help Gradual dying?

Is there a way I can die gradually over a span of a few days w/o excruciating pain and also eat food? I don't have chemicals tho. I know this seems like a stupid question, and I'm sorry but I'm very desperate.

That would be assisted suicide. Not something that you can easily sign up for.

i guess poison? but i doubt ur an assassin with access to such potent poison that is delayed by days (extremely rare and valuable btw since it bypasses people who test food). some doctors inject a pain relief and at high doses you die, but no doctor will give it to you unless u were in extreme pain

This isn't really something you can easily do, especially by yourself. Something like that is used for palliative care patients, but they have medical teams to administer high amounts of opiates. You'd be too out of it to administer the correct doses at the correct times.

Why do you want to die over multiple days? If it's because of the anxiety and high SI that comes from a normal suicide attempt, I've heard benzos help with that. Choosing a more painless method like an exit bag or N would also help, but those are hard to set up/obtain.
