Shit!! So I went on O my gp app as I've had a phone call today and I can't remember it. This happens with me.

Anyway.

I went on there and in BIG BOLD letters was


If suspected sodium nitrite ingestion - urgent transfer to hospital for antidote

What the actual fk??! I know the police did welfare checks x2 because of me purchasing from the wrong place - but I didn't think it would go on my notes etc.

I just pray I can hang or not speak to anyone re SN.

Cos they're ready.
I have a ctb plan and date. No one will be concerned re me as no one comes to my home. Ever. Unless it's police etc.

I've decided I will do it on a Tuesday. I will have had my telephone call with my cpn and I won't be meant to see her Thursday.

So I should be dead by then. Hoping! The rope i got feels like it could be it. It's thick but not too thick. I'm using the videos I've seen as reference. And when I'm found. Dead.

Because my ordering flagged for some reason. And also I had to see my gp as I have bad acid etc but he went all mental health related (I spent 50 mins I my appointment which for a gp is mental). He was concerned so sent them then.

But yes having it written down - slightly worried. But no one comes to see me so by the time anyone realises / it will be too late anyway. Cos SN is like 100%

If you're worried I would actually suggest ramping up your schedule - if you've written it down and planned it, and they're suspect of it somehow, how do they know? If you're more comfortable waiting until your planned date, go for it, but I would be very anxious knowing there could be interference when I'm set on what I want to do. Best of luck.

I think I might try partial suspension today. I was going to wait for my SN but I feel I could go today
