Hi Everyone - Thank you so much for your warmth and support these past few days. It has helped and meant a lot to me. I will be drinking SN today around 7:00 pm ET. Several hours of stuff left to do but all minor. I'm nervous mostly that I'm going to eff something up but I'm not scared. I'm ready. Please, NO comments about are you sure, can always wait, etc. If you feel that's important, please start your own thread on that. With kindness I say, please respect me and do not post that stuff here.

11:00 am: eat small amount of white pasta with cheese sauce
After eating, solid fast starts

3:00 pm: Clear liquid fast starts though will try to not drink a lot throughout the day. Hopefully, just sips of warm water.

6:00 pm: 600 or 800mg of Ibuprofen with sips of water

6:15 pm: 30 mg of meto and 8 mg of Zofran dissolved under tongue

6:20 pm: 10 mg of klonapin dissolved under tongue

6:30 pm: 60 mg of propranolol dissolved under tongue.

Measure 50 mil of water in each of 3 glasses. Add 25 gm SN to each glass and stir

7:00 pm: On bed with pillows slightly propped up and around me. Drink SN.
Anything I can knock over will be out of the way. Vomit bucket next to me if needed.
