I've already posted earlier in the thread but waited to say goodbye in case you changed your mind. It's clear now that you're going ahead.
I'm so sorry that your life has to end this way, and that it's come to this. Every death is a tragedy and no one should have to cut theirs short, but when faced with unbearable pain and suffering I completely understand. I won't be too far behind you. I hope you don't suffer too much pain and discomfort and things are as peaceful as possible.
