I'll do it today between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. I'll fast for approximately 12 hours, with no food or liquids. I'll take 600 mg of ibuprofen, 20 minutes later I'll take 30 mg of metocropamide and 400 mg of propranolol, 40 minutes later I'll drink the SN and take 400 mg of propranolol. Any advice?

Are you sure about 800 mg of propranolol? I could be wrong, but I think it needs 400. + it would be desirable to add benzodiazepines

unfortunately i don't know the answer. as far as i remember if someone didn't have access to benzodiazepines they were simply excluded from the guide. this makes the process calmer but the main mechanism of SN will work anyway. i'm not an expert and i may be wrong

I wish you peace. Not sure if you wanted Benzos idk if this is too late but Benadryl has a sedative effect.

I think you need 400 or 0 mg of propranolol. Beta blockers like propranolol are said to do nothing more than preventing the rapid heart rate. But that mostly looks good. I hope you find the peace you want. Good luck

still there? if you ended up drinking the SN, i hope all went well and it was peaceful. but if you didn't end up doing it, that's okay too. it's ok to need some more time.
