edit: its now 12:50. i just finished preparing my three glasses of SN. im gonna go lie down and put on some music id like to listen to while i CTB.

edit: its 1:12. im about to drink sn. i just put on a hoodie and im laying in bed with all the lights off. i have three pillows and a really comfy blanket. im looping a song over and over so i can hear it as i hopefully fall unconcious. im shaking and my heart rate is pretty high. i really hope this wont be too unpleasant lol ^-^
