I keep going to therapy and staying compliant with my meds, but living continues to be unbearable. This world isn't one I can live in. Please let me rest.

You're brave to keep trying. But if you're breaking your neck to make things easier, then is it really worth it? Do things really get easier? Just be a free spirit and stop caring. But yeah, that only got me through a decade of wanting to ctb. So much for my input. I'm leaving soon too. So I understand wanting to give up. Don't think to much.
