I am so happy to have found this forum though not as happy that so many of you are suffering...

I haven't been here for long but I still wanted to thank you guys for providing me with a safe space and kind community to share my time with.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to post a thread at all but if it wasn't for this forum I would've probably impulsively jumped or something equally terrifying and would've probably ended up on a wheelchair or worse so I wanted to say thanks for everything to the creators, moderators and members.

I started the 48-hour regine yesterday and I am using meto, famotidine, paracetamol and propranolol. I really can't afford to fail so I hope that I everything goes well, no I trust that...

I wish you all good luck whatever that be in recovery or not.
