Discussion Going to a mental hospital in 2 days 🤣

Ive already been there like 5 months ago, and imma go again cause my psychiatrist said that I should go lol. I dont think its gonna change anything but at least imma have time to make a good ctb plan its an open type hospital so imma be able to have my phone also. Ask me anything if ur curious about anything

Idk, I told her about my suicidality (not that im planning on doing it but like thinking about it), so prob to like give me a break and maybe give me time and help to change my mindset, since we have group and individual therapies quite often there. Also shes a psychiatrist in that same hospital lol
