Long time reader, first time poster. After months of planning, I've decided to catch the bus on Monday (full suspension hanging).

Is there anything I can do to make the aftermath easier on my loved ones? Ive made a will, written notes, given away possesions to who I want to have them, and put away money to help them cover a funeral etc.. I feel as though I've missed something though.

It sounds like you are well prepared, and I think the fact is that death will cause people to suffer no matter what, but it's simply inevitable in life, we all have to die and lose everything someday. I find it sad how people decide to procreate in the first place. But anyway I wish you the best and I hope that when the time is right for you to leave you find the freedom that you search for.

Could you have arranged for and paid for your funeral?
