I think the only realistic way to ctb for me is to get run over ot anything that doesn't need preparation. Any other suggestion? Also, how does it feel like and how long does it take?

if you wanna traumatise other parties i guess that could work. get hit by a big truck and maybe you'll die on impact i guess.
