It was his 3rd account. He needed to just lay low. He's not really doing anything wrong but his posts were let's say "too informative" and didn't take precautions when posting . Shame bcuz i think he could have been a potential help.

Western Union would not process my payment on line. I was told to make the payment in person, which was also declined as the funds were going to Mexico. I was told it was for my own protection. I am in the U.S.A.

Did you try bitcoin/monero? There are guides here from @jgm63 that are helpful. It's really not too difficult once you research it.

This is one of the reason cryptos were invented, to be censorship free. Censorship can still apply between certain banks and certain crypto exchanges, which can be bypassed if you acquire crypto with cash/goods/services

Also to add to @konglegend's question: does A ship it through mail/the post office or some company like dhl,fedex etc . I've noticed people here mentioning having to sign for it at the door, someone arriving at the door etc. I asked A if it was via regular mail and he answered back courier , are we talking about the same thing ? i know for some countries the mailman just shows up at the door and for some they just leave a note/send a sms.

I am making a thread to show you my recent N orders

I ordered both on February 26th.

I received A's order about 15 days later. I paid 850 $ in BTC for 2 bottles of 100ml Pisa. I had to sign the parcel to the delivery guy.
I received C's order about 60 days later. (yes, 60 days later due to the virus) I paid 700 $ for 25 grams of Powdered N from China. No signature requiered.

Note : I used C's no escrow website. I saw he had 99% of positive reviews on EM and that was enough for me.

I am here to confirm They are legit sources.

I have contacted Exit International, to vouch for C to be added in the next edition of PPHB. I encourage you to do the same if you are a customer of C

You would be better off burning an image of Tails onto a USB flash drive, in addition to having persistent data enabled until you receive your parcel in the mail. Dispose of the USB or find ways of deleting the data off of the USB securely. A VPN does not provide you protection. If there were law enforcement who want to subpoena your VPN provider, they will. You're inherently at a risk of your VPN provider because the only portion that is encrypted is you connecting to the VPN. While you're using your VPN, nothing else is encrypted. At that point a VPN is no-more secure than your home connection. VPN's operate as a glorified ISP. If you purchase a VPN through cryptocurrency (e.g. Monero) or cash, it's harder to trace you back. Of course until you connect to that VPN on your own internet connection at your house. If you use public Wi-Fi hotspots, you're making it hard to track you.

There are a couple other obvious risks associated, too. If you buy BTC through a cryptocurrency exchange, you've submitted some form of identity. You may want to look into tumbling your currency around or exchaning it from Monero back to BTC. I'm unfamiliar with 'A' accepting any other cryptocurrency besides BTC.

Inherently you have the problem by receiving a parcel in the mail. If you have a controlled delivery, deny the parcel and contact an attorney. If you have suspicion that you're hot from the police, contact an attorney. Deny the package too.

I feel so rage and disappointed.

picky for asking a tracking number but that's not klonglegend's fault. In the most recent communication, he doesn't seem to mention anymore that no tracking is given for security reasons ...but in past communication, he would tell this precisely

delayed delivery is not new. Again, it's something to take into account for improved safety (can't tell more)

indeed, typically communication (before and even more past the payment) has never been his strong point

There was another member who used Western union but in the US. And she received her N. Doesn't sound like he asked her for peso info. Maybe the 2 of you can exchange contact info via pm to make sure you are dealing with the real A?
did you follow the steps that were suggested to you in the previous thread about getting yor money out of limbo and use bitcoin instead?
also using WU you must have proof the money was sent?
the hard part is there's no one to complain to if you are being scammed by a fake A or anyone for that matter

you should contact WU to check if his attitude about the currency matter was normal and expected between S.Korea and MX, they should know. it seems weird

bitcoin is a must, there arent other ways to pay for. But unlike from A, At least C provides tracking number and he replies well through his own site,which is the reason why i trust him more

Just a check. You did the following…

He told you a bottle would cost you 100 dollars (example) and that he wanted you to pay in Pesos and send the money to a certain name and address. You looked up on the internet how much 100 dollars is in Pesos. You then went to a Western Union office with that amount in your own country's currency(in cash). On top of the 100 dollars, you also paid a fee for using Western Union's service and the money transfer rate.

After doing that, you sent him a scan/photograph of the form that Western Union gave you (with the MTCN number).
He replied that he would send you the item on a certain day, he didn't, you mailed again and he said that he would send you the item on Wednesday.
And then he mailed you to tell you that he wouldn't send at all because he didn't receive the money?

Very strange. Sorry to hear.
