Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think my mixed manic-depressive episode seems to have slowed down. My mom is not pressuring me to continue college. I consider to give recovery another attempt. But it really depends how the next weeks develop. My mood swings still scare me a lot.
Are there any Germans in this forum who are also giving recovery another chance?

I am not from Germany, but one branch of my family left Germany in the early 1700s and another branch in the mid 1800s.

Regarding bipolar some have found regulation of mood swings through medical Lithium and some with the less potent Lithium Orotate.

The video Steven Fry made about bipolar had a British doctor who was bipolar say that Omega 3 from fish oil was helpful for her.

I don't know if you have experimented with any of these, but it might be worth exploring.
