I'm guessing 2 gallons is about right. On wpd the videos show using only a small amount of liquid but then they run around screaming and I don't want that.

Would I be overcome by the fumes if I poured out 2 gallons from gas containers over my body before I could light it?

I'd wager you'd be running around screaming no matter the amount. It will never be instant, it will probably not be quick, and I imagine whatever time it takes will feel like an eternity. I doubt the fumes would hinder you in any meaningful way. Match.

That said, I strongly suggest you reconsider.

I saw a video of a monk in the 60s sitting peacefully. But he had others quickly pour the gas on him first. The carry canisters here dispense at a slow rate.
I don't care about the pain I think I'm going to try it.
