I really want feedback on if what I am doing will work, so I am posting again this time with accurate measurements.



I measured my bathroom, and it's 5 ft 4 in x 7 ft 6 in x 7 ft 6 in = 8,495.05398 liters. So that's basically 8,500 liters of air in my bathroom.



My ingredients were going to be 946 ml (32 fl. oz.) of Vet Basics Lime Sulfur Dip concentrate with calcium polysulfide at 25% to 29% concentration and 946 ml (32 fl. oz.) of Stellar Chemical Corp Hydrochloric Acid ACS Reagent Grade at 37% concentration.


I saw a thread about police who found A 21-year-old man dead in a car who used 9 empty bottles of 610HAP (a 440 g bottle of a liquid bath essence containing 160-195 g/kg sulfur) and 10 of Sunpole (a 500 mL bottle of a toilet bowl cleaner containing 9.5% HCl) in the car.



To examine the amount of hydrogen sulfide produced, they mixed small portions of the liquids in a 560-mL volume flask. The results showed that 0.1 mL of each liquid produced 4,950 ppm of hydrogen sulfide, and 0.2 mL of each produced 10,800 ppm. According to these results, if the cabin volume is assumed to be 3,300 L, mixing 120 mL of each liquid produces a lethal level of hydrogen sulfide, i.e., 1,000 ppm.



So based on that, I would like someone who is more skilled in science to calculate if my amount of ingredients would be enough to produce at least 1,000 ppm or more in the volume I am dealing with.
