Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So I've been taking anti-histamines for sleep so far and Benzodiazepines for anxiety occasionally.
However my current meds interact with anti-histamines and I don't think taking benzos more often is really ideal.

Does anyone have experience with Gabapentinoids, specifically Pregabalin in terms of sleep primarily?
I've heard mixed things for anxiety with them, but I still have Benzos for that when it's really bad so it's more about sleep than that.

both pregabalin and gabapentin have been show to increase slow-wave sleep. long term they'd be a much better choice than benzos or antihistamines.
