  • Hey Guest,

I've been trying to hang myself for several months now, failing at every turn. I went to my local park to find somewhere quiet, but there was still people around so I left. I eventually plucked up the courage to do it in my house were I felt at peace. I completely passed out and woke up thinking I was dead, what in fact had happened was I had blacked out and the rope snapped.

I've purchased another rope off Amazon which should come tomorrow and will try again. I've come to peace with my decision and pray I will be successful to take this pain away.

I hope you find peace if you choose to go through with it again, it's no fun living in pain.

Appreciate it, the previous fails didn't hurt as much as this one. I'm just counting down the minutes to go again

It is failing which stops me, I have my plan, it's the rope that'll be the finisher so make sure it is a good one and that'll will hold your weight. Just get over SI for but this life is continuing pain. To the outside, I look it but internally it's torture. I hope whatever you decide finds you peace. We are here whatever your decision

I used to think the same what would happen if I fail, but I know that the option is worse. I've found with full suspension that SI can't save you. When I've tried partial it's easy to just stop. Why with full you haven't got as much opportunity to stop once you've started.

Can you share some pointers??? How did your throat cartilage not get broken or other neck bones? The rope is placed under the jaw?

I placed the rope over my neck using a slip knot. I then tightened it round my neck, I was wearing a neck warmer to make it more comfortable. The drop I used was only small say barely a foot or two.
Instantly when I took that step off I couldn't breathe, but it wasn't uncomfortable. In a few seconds I was out like a light

I tried to hang myself with a tie, since I have no ropes for now. I need to buy one and try again. But be careful, don't do it in public, I don't it's a good idea, unless it's some place with no one around.

It was a cheap thin rope off Amazon, I bought a more strong thick rope today.

Can you post a pic of your neck warmer? I just wanna see how thick it was. Also, how much do you weigh?
