Man that sucks. Have you tried asking for other antiemetics? There are also antipsychotics that act as antiemetics. Or you could try without an antiemetic. You could fast and prepare a second sn drink to drink if you throw up your first one

Damn it, this is so frustating brother..
Try to get any other anti emetics that are OTC, tell the pharmacy that you need to travel and have travel sickness due to which you puke in every journey,.so if they can provide you with an OTC anti emetic

Which antiemetic did he prescribe? shurely he must have prescribed something...

One thing you could try: buying empty enteric-coated pills and filling them with SN. vomiting should be way less likely since the SN will be released in your guts

according to the SN bible, olanzapine works as an antiemetic too. It's sometimes even used to treat cancer patients with nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy.
