I found a reason to continue on for a few more years, I want to send my friends son to school, I want to leave him something as an uncle if I never have kids since the dating game is so bad these days. If I keep saving at the rate I am and the market continues I'll have enough to send them to a good university in my investment account in about 4 years, even faster if I just stop unnecessary spending, but I won't do that since I am still doing that looking for things that bring me joy. The dating game is still depressing tho, most guys don't even bother with small talk, they just want to use me for my body and most women don't look my way, though that is partially my own fault as I have mostly stopped putting myself out there in person and only recently got in the groove again. I have game in person but only for goofy women lol. It is just difficult when all you want is to be held and they keep constantly wanting sex.

Id highly recommend you read about something called 'TOuch Starvation'. I am sure I suffer from it. I havent been genuinely, lovingly held by anyone for ...about....20 or so years. That was the last time either of my parents hugged me...
Genuine loving touch is becoming less and less common I feel. Too many men are told that 'yOu ShOuldNt hUg aNd CArEsS YouR FrIeNds . ThAtS GHeEeEE1!1!' and too many guys only want to hold women cause they think that this should eventually lead to sex . EVERYONE regardless of gender is getting demolished by the lack of genuine loving touch in our modern societies.
There are even professional cuddlers that are employed just to cuddle with someone ...
We are humans . We are social creatures.Our ancestors held each other all the time. I tjink that there is nothing wrong with us doing the same thing TODAY seeing as how we stil have the same genes as them. I personally would never decline a hug from a friend. We all need that touch once in a while so we dotn go insane.

The dating game is very depressingand confusing. I feel there are less places and ways to just strike up a conversation wjth someone youre interested in. I honestly dont even know how couples, throuples, relationships are initially formed these days unless theyre coworkers and they just happen totell each other during their breaks that theyre interested in the same thing....

Also Id say play it carefully about saving up for your friends' son cause what if he doesnt want to go to any type of expensive post secondary education facility? What if his dream job is a construction worker or a sewer cleaner ? lol. Maybe you can save up for another person in your life or neighbourhood who has really expressed a desire to go to post secondary education?
