This is why it's always better to be alone as anywhere where there are people, other people can potentially create more suffering and just create more harm. Nowhere is free from the hostility of humans and often what other people say and do reminds me of why I want to ctb in the first place. I've always preferred to be alone, I cannot relate to people in any way and people are tiring to me. It seems as though everything in this world just makes me feel more tired. This is a reason why I could never belong in this world or want anything to do with this world.
To me, one of the things that annoys me the most about humans, is their disrespect that they show to suffering. This is often the case on this site which in recent times seems to have become a site centred around the people who are against this website, causing people to call desperate people who want to find out about methods 'journalists/pro life' for no reason when they just want to find ways to die and the fact that this type of thing is acceptable just reminds me of the fact that there is no relief for suicidal people anywhere. Some people are simply desperate to die, life is incredibly cruel and suicide websites should never need to exist, instead suicide shouldn't be so stigmatised and peaceful methods should be more easily accessible.
The obnoxious way that people act doesn't shock or surprise me, it's just tiring and reminds me that non existence is always preferable. Apart from method discussion which is greatly needed this site is nothing more than a social media site with all of the 'likes' and stuff. The main point of writing this is that people shouldn't expect good things from interacting on the internet, I only ever write for my own benefit. It's a common thing that humans do, to act in an obnoxious way to attract attention and/or make a joke of people's suffering. It's all very tiresome.
And there is also the fact that if someone opens up about their suffering to strangers on the internet then there is the chance of it being invalidated by others and insulted. This is one of the things that irritates me about people. Some people are so arrogant and think that they know everything about what the person is going through, but in reality they have no idea what it's like. This type of thing is usually older people who love to gatekeep suicide. Everyone experiences life differently and has different limits as to what they cope with. This is why to me, human interaction is not always beneficial, as we can never understand what others go through. When people try to 'help' it often just leads to more suffering.
The best thing that people can do is to be respecting of others decisions to ctb and it would be ideal if this was the case in society, where there would be no secrecy involved with suicide and people could ctb without fear of others interfering.
