Nah mate that's not my first thought.

I would go to the nearest toilets to see what pissing feels like, go "huh that's really weird", and then feel disgusted with my action and go on whatever quest I need to go on to reverse back into a girl.

All you straights think it'll be a blast but if I turn into a guy then I become straight and then I don't have the desired tools to uhhhhh...do the lesbian self tango (I am not putting the words "I" and "masturbate" in the same sentence). Not to mention, how much gender is getting swapped here? Do I still have lesbian vibes? Do I still have the desire to grow my hair into long anime girl hair and wear mascara? Because all I'm getting at right now is that this is the start of some transgender journey where the brain and stuff don't match and I don't want to have to deal with that because people really don't seem to like trans women right now over in the UK.

But I guess if this is like everything switches then I guess not much changes because I'm a bit androgynous but it would be very weird suddenly having feelings for guys all of a sudden, assuming the sexuality is linked in the swap. But if I'm straight then oh god I'm gonna become a mega virgin.

This is an interesting thought.

If you are the same you inside, just your body changes... then all current transgender people could instantly be in the body they always wanted to have that matched their insides... while all other people would suddenly find themselves mismatched and understanding what it is like to be transgender. That might pull the curtain back for a lot of hateful people.

On the alternative... what if everything flipped? i.e. your inside self-identity and your body swapped... so then most people would just be their gender-swapped opposite but they would feel normal... while transgender people would still be transgender, just on the opposite side of where they previously were.

From a personal point... I think it would be odd. I don't know how I would feel. I don't think it would make me feel better or worse, just different getting used to the new parts and absence of old ones. I suspect life would still suck just as much.

It would honestly be very interesting to see how cis people would react. If it was permanent, I wonder if they would feel sudden onset of gender dysphoria.

I think most people wouldn't be too phased if it was temporary, but knowing it would be forever? Yeah, it would definitely be interesting to see a cis person become dysphoric.
