Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Recently I came back overseas from work. While I was there, someone in my team instructed me on how to smoke. So I tried to smoke a cigarette for the first time there, but when I did, it did not feel that good. I think I coughed a lot, and my chest felt weird afterwards in a bad way. I do not know if that was because I smoked incorrectly, or maybe other health conditions I have. However, I have always heard that smoking can really help with stress. Do you think I should try again to smoke a cigarette? Will it get easier? Maybe the more I try to smoke, eventually I will get used to it.
I'm not very knowledgeable on this kind of thing, so it would help if someone else gave me their experience and thoughts on smoking cigarettes and how they have affected you or someone you know over the years. Maybe starting to smoke can change things about me and my thoughts for the better?
