I'm still here guys, trying again tonight, but heading out earlier. Today was awful and honestly just confirmed my reasons for doing this.

I had the same struggle for a long time. People say you should be able to put pressure on it with just your fingers and pass out but I've never been able to. I put pressure to the right side of the front of my neck, directly under my jaw to make myself pass out.
