Help Few questions for the SN method

HI, After failing the CO method with severe brain damage , i will try the Sn
is there a manual that explain the basic?
Im reading the megathread slowly and i have sn already but didnt succeed to have the other medication needed, can i do it only with SN? I dont want to faill this time.

Technically you only NEED the SN, as long as you don't throw it up. An antiemetic will come in handy, and some pain/sleeping meds wouldn't hurt, but you can certainly be successful with only the SN given that you use the correct dosage and purity. Hugs.

lower purity mean i need higher dose? 20 g?
