feeling empty

I knew they wouldn't leave me. Everywhere I go, it feels like a heavy weight has plunged itself deep into my abdomen, eating away every bit of my intestines.

And I watch, as blood falls out of me, as my organs cease to function. Everyone watches too but they pretend not to see.

I can't blame them, I'm the one who chooses go ignore it more than anyone else in the world.

Please leave me alone, it hurts so much. I hate knowing you'll always be there no matter how much I wash you away.

Please leave me alone.
