I am well aware that not many people would understand..
But i did, and still do. She has a special place in my heart.



Im grieving now, and am crying like a little child, but i know we'll meet again, and that her sorrows have ended

Im not sure how to start.. Or what to say....
I myself have different mental problems, but scared to death, about dead...

It was very hard for me to understand why someone else longed for it. But i did, she was so clear and definite in her believes. I learned a lot especially these last weeks. She made me see beyond my fears.

Not that im not scared anymore, but understand why she had not many other options.

It's just... When I send her our normal morning message in a few hours.. She won't respond, and although i know she couldn't go on.... I feel horrible.

Last year my litte brother got out as well. It was all over the news, at least here and in the UK.

And again.. Because I understand, doesn't mean im not f..... hurt

The reason why we are here is because many of us tried so many things and did not succeed.
I suppose she was desperate with her life and tried her best to improve something...
It is not a shame to be scared of death, it is natural.
And when the death is somewhere close to you, sometimes it is even more scary.

I am so sorry your little brother passed away, honestly you are having so much strength!
Please, take care of yourself, you are very kind and full of compassion

She had her reasons, and gave me permission to share her story after she was gone.

But i don't think many people will understand or believe.
That's why I wait a bit.. And look around here, if you all don't mind...

I may be scared to die, i understand depression and anxiety much to well.

Im honoured i could be with her in her final conscious moments and proud she called me friend.



My little brother... I knew he would go. But the way how, and his face all over the newspapers broke a piece of my heart...

Well, a little bit more about death. In my opinion, I am more scared to live right now than to die. So we all have our own phobias concerning this and there is nothing to be ashamed of.
It is great she called you a friend and I think she was thinking about you might be even as about the best moment of her life.
I hope one day you will meet her again and you will never lose each other...

Tonight I will CTB using SN. I know I haven't been here long and haven't really spoken to anyone, but I wanted to say I really do appreciate the compassion and kindness of the people here. You're all wonderful. In particular, I want to thank the forum for the SN methodology, which I had no idea about beforehand, and it was so reassuring for me to find that method.

I have a friend who will join the forum soon after I've passed and give my feedback on my behalf.

Regime is as follows:

Stat Dose
4pm: started fast
10pm: stopped drinking
11pm: 1000mg paracetamol
11.15pm: 6mg Buccastem M
11.30pm: 10ml Milk of Magnesia
12am: 20g SN in 50ml water

That is very true. I've been there too. I'm sorry. The only thing that helps a little is other people on here who have been through similar and understand. It doesn't fix anything, but it helps a little.
