There's no way, you'll be sick. Fasting for 12 hrs is ideal, but just eat very lightly if you can. Nothing acidic. Take the SN and the meds with as little fluid as you can.

I've learned there's two schools of thought on the meto: start taking it 1-2 days prior, 10 mg every 8 hrs, with a large (30-40mg) dose 1 hr prior. The other is to just take one massive dose (60mg) about an hour prior... I'd do the former, not the latter. I don't like the idea of a 60 mg dose, as some people experience muscle spasms/twitching as a side effect.

Take it with 150 mg Zantac.

Thank you for answering my questions in regards to the dosages on the day. So the days prior should I also take 150ng of Zantac for a couple of days?

Also do you think it would be ok to take the amitriptyline and qutiapine after drinking the SN? I don't want this to somehow interact and not work.

Take the normal 150 mg Zantac twice every 12 hrs at least 2 days prior, then 150 mg the morning of & 150 mg about an hour prior.

Keep in mind that there's some margin for error here; if you miss a dose in the days prior or get the timing off it's not a big deal. Just make sure you dose up correctly the day of.
