Well, then you will survive. The whole idea is to avoid puking. Metoclopramide is best.

imagine , you have anti emetics , you take it 40 minutes before you take N , first what are the chance to throw up the N for you (using domperidone 40 or 50 grams as a stat dose)? second , you have drink the N and a shot of rhum ( or what you like ! ) and you start to falling asleep , what are the chance (for you again) to wake up (with taking 2 bottle so 12.3 g of N) ? imagine you wake up , i think you're in a really bad posture no ? is it not safier to hang yourself ...?
