SN is not a risky method, which is why a lot of people choose it. Take me for instance. I was saved from partial hanging. Now I'm obsessed with SN. The thing is that once you get SN with purity above 95% it is going to help you CTB, if you don't throw up. It doesn't matter if you take anti emetics or not. The only thing that matters is not throwing up.
