Story Failed partial hanging

Attempted to partially hang myself last night. I bought rope mid day from Spencer's and attempted for a good deal of time before I gave up. I was too scared. I told my partner, everything, about joining the forum, and everything and, I dont know I feel im at a loss.

I figured out a spot to do full suspension so hopefully break my neck out in the woods. I'm so torn between getting help and continuing. I dont want to be helped I just want it to be over.

Hey I'm sorry you have Experienced this. You're not alone - I failed today but not bc I changed my mind or smth but bc I just could not get the rope to the right position. Struggled for air for an hour ish, shifting every so often to hit the spot. Eventually I gave up bc of the insane pain in my throat.

Please do not try to break your neck. There is a lot of intricate physics involved in drop hanging and you are much more likely to permanently injure yourself.

Yeah. This method does work, but based on what you describe you're definitely not equipped to pursue this method without risking severe harm to yourself and rendering yourself disabled for life.
