i feel so stupid over it, i messaged my friends letting them know this is it because i genuinely thought this would be it, i got all dressed up, did final goodbyes, just to fail because i couldn't deal with the feeling, next time i attempt i'm not telling anyone, im just gonna do it, this shit so embarrassing
i also try to "live every day like it's my last", so to speak, by just being okay with dying by my own hand at any time. this approach makes me feel less bad about failing to die on X or Y date
