Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Has anyone actually started going to the gym and seen it improve your mental health? I have no clue where to start, I have a buddy that goes pretty frequently so I guess I could start there, but other than that i have no clue. I wanna seem like I have some kind of idea of what I'm doing.
With extreme anxiety, it helped a tiny bit, but too little, so I dropped it. Because it didn't attack the root cause
Now exercise fits within my goals, so NOT doing it would damage my mental health. I focus on core strength; I use kettlebells, which I imagine is high benefit for minimal time. Though I'm no expert
I'm soon talking with someone who runs a good holistic gym; he also does nutrition & learns your goals. I also like listening to MMA coach Firas Zahabi on exercise; he emphasizes not damaging your body in the name of strengthening it
