like just the lil cannisters u can get from the gas station, there any possibility with it? like as long as u replace all the oxygen and co2 from yr lungs with it

There is some info about it here, but it would require more nitrous oxide than that.

Yes. Deaths from asphyxiation by nitrous oxide trapped in plastic bags placed over the people's heads are mentioned in literature.

There will be always some amounts of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the lungs, particularly coming from the blood. Fortunately, low oxygen concentrations (below 6%) in breathed gas mixtures aren't enough for maintaining consciousness and life and so far I haven't seen any evidences that high carbon dioxide leves in the blood could cause troubles after loss of consciousness.
