Venting everything makes me upset

i shouldn't be feeling this way, it was just a little mistake he made and it wasn't even in his control but I'm crying so hard right now. i feel so pathetic; like a little girl overreacting because she didn't get her way. im supposed to be happy
i can't tell the difference between an episode and my real feelings anymore
I want to cut so bad and he won't let me anymore. But it hurts and no one will listen to me, even when I'm covered in scars and burn marks and yelling for anyone to listen. im trapped in my own mind
