Help every possible way to make fsh less painful

I would like to hear your guesses on how can i make fsh less painful.

ive read evelyn's megathread hanging guide and in her useful tips thread she said that you place a plastic bag between you neck and rope and potentially reduce friction. also in the same thread ive seen that hyperventilating and holding your breath before hanging makes it less uncomfortable. if you know anything else than that please tell me

Ketamine or any drugs where if you take enough you'll feel numb then some people also put a bandana or a sock around the rope to lessen the burn

Maybe even drink some alchool? Prepare the rope and all the setting first of course.

Have you made any attempts? At the end of the day you're choking to death. I'm not sure what to do. There will be pain but also you'll pass out and the rest just happens.
So many videos where they just go for it and don't seem to be in pain. It's so odd

I put them between the rope and the lower chin, and push forwards and downwards.
